{"id":476,"date":"2019-10-06T13:10:27","date_gmt":"2019-10-06T13:10:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bioevents.net\/fibromyalgia2021\/?page_id=476"},"modified":"2023-11-13T10:14:49","modified_gmt":"2023-11-13T10:14:49","slug":"instructions-for-poster-presentations","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/med-cannabis2023.com\/instructions-for-poster-presentations\/","title":{"rendered":"Instructions for Poster Presentations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Please note the following information for the preparation of your poster.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Please bring your printed poster with you to the Congress.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Only the accepted abstracts of fully registered and paid presenters will be included in the final Congress program.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>POSTER PREPARATION<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The e poster layout is PORTRAIT.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Please prepare your poster to fit the dimensions below, it is recommended that posters be prepared on one sheet of poster paper.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">The dimensions of the poster should not exceed 90 cm wide x 1.2m long (35.5 inches wide x 47 inches long).<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract \u2013 as illustrated below.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">The text, illustrations, etc. should be bold enough to be read from a distance of two meters (six feet).<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Materials will be available for the mounting of posters.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Please refer to the Final Program book that you will receive upon arrival at the Congress for the poster board number assigned to you.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Please use the board with the same number.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Suggested template for the poster is as below:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/med-cannabis2021.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/24\/2019\/10\/Poster-Dimensions-244x300.jpg\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/med-cannabis2021.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/24\/2019\/10\/Poster-Dimensions-244x300.jpg\" \/><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1689\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bioevents.net\/aesthetics\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/79\/2022\/06\/Poster-Dimensions-244x300-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"244\" height=\"300\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>INFORMATION FOR PRESENTATIONS<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Posters will be on display for the duration of the Congress: <strong>Monday, 4 December \u2013 Tuesday, 5 December 2023<\/strong>.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Posters may be mounted from 08:00 on Monday and should be removed after sessions on Tuesday.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Med-Cannabis2023<\/strong>\u00a0and the Organizers thereof will not be responsible for posters that are not removed on time or that are damaged.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>POSTER WALK SESSION<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>A Guided Poster Walk Session will take place as follows:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Session Date: Tuesday, 5 December 2023<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Session Time: 13:50-15:00<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Presentation length: 5 minutes including discussion<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Location: Poster Area<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><em>At the end of the Congress, a Best Poster Award will be presented.\u00a0 In order to be eligible, all Poster Presenters must present their poster during the Poster Walk and be present during the Congress Closing Remarks on Tuesday, 5 December 2023.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS Please note the following information for the preparation of your poster.
